        1. Complete an official mortgage application
        2. Supply required documents
        3. Provide credit history and current credit score
    • Non QM Loans

A Non-QM loan, or a non-qualified loan, allows you to qualify based on alternative methods such as a bank statement.

    • FHA Loans

An FHA loan is a mortgage that’s insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and designed form low-income buyers.

    • Jumbo Loans

A jumbo loan, also known as a non-conforming loan, is designed for a large homes loans that exceed the limit.

    • 24 Month Bank Statement Loans

These loans only require the client to show their bank statement for the past 24 months to determine if they qualify or not. The lender does not have to see your tax returns or tax transcripts.

    • Refinancing
        • Cash Out

A cash-out refinance replaces your current home loan with a new mortgage that’s higher than your outstanding loan balance. You withdraw the difference between the two mortgages in cash and re-invest the money.

        • No Cash Out

A no cash-out refinance refers to the refinancing of an existing mortgage for an amount equal to or less than your outstanding balance plus any additional settlement costs.

    • 2nd Home/Investment Property Loans

This type of loan is catered towards a property purchased with the intention of earning a return on the investment.
